Over the past 5+ years, I've worked across diverse markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, gaining hands-on experience in real estate, nonprofit operations, vacation rentals, and hospitality management. These experiences have shaped a versatile and forward-thinking approach to business.

Today, I channel that expertise into Existly, a modern startup built to elevate businesses through digital marketing, online presence optimization, remote property management, short-term rental automation, and day-to-day accounting and financial reporting. With a blend of industry insights, technical precision, and Gen Z-driven AI innovation, I'm committed to helping you grow, automate, and outperform in a fast-paced digital marketplace.

Everyone talks about artificial intelligence these days. I think the more important idea is augmented intelligence, not AI replacing the work, but AI working alongside the people who actually understand it. That’s the philosophy I’ve built my career around.

I’ve spent my journey in property management and operations, supporting real estate portfolios across multiple markets, handling everything from leasing and tenant communications to maintenance coordination and vendor management. Along the way, I learned exactly where businesses lose time: manual processes, slow vendor turnaround, and workflows nobody’s ever stopped to question. I’ve rebuilt those processes for the companies I’ve worked with, turning maintenance and vendor coordination that used to take days of back-and-forth into something that runs in hours, not because I replaced people with software, but because I gave people better tools to work with.

That’s what I do now as Director of Research & Development at Existly. I find where a business is losing time or money, and I build something smarter in its place, pairing modern technology with the judgment only real experience can bring. I don’t believe in choosing between human expertise and AI. The businesses that win are the ones that use both, together.
